Those persons have ultimate responsibility for non-conformances, corrective and preventive action, however they may functionally delegate these responsibilities on a routine basis to the following: – Quality management system ( ISO 9001): Documentation procedural non-conformances can be rectified by the Centurion quality manager who has responsibility for reviewing/revising as necessary the relevant manuals, procedures and related documentation to ensure timely and effective corrective and preventive action. – Health and safety systems: Where an environmental non-conformance is deemed to be detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of Centurion employees, the group health, safety and environmental manager, shall be informed and take precedence when determining suitable corrective preventive actions to be implemented.
