PARTICIPATION . . . . . . are supplementary in nature. The Questionnaire will be presented on-line and completed on-line. There will be no hard-copy version of the Questionnaire. Interview (50%): The interview contains five elements (as with Vision 2000 ). Please look at the third column in the chart on Page 7. During Vision 2000 , each PSO used their sport system model to describe the “Athlete Path”. For Vision 2004, there will be presentation and discussion on the status of “Coach Development” within your sport. There will be discussion on four elements: The status of NCCP / CBET; Data collected via the Questionnaire; . . . . . . staff to measure progress toward the achievement of multi-year objectives. (Analysing indicators will tell us whether the organization is on track or not.) PLANNING: The process of formally identifying and executing an organization’s strategic priorities through the design of practical strategic and operational plans.
